The Booty Trainer is suitable for anyone who wants to take on a new challenge. Whether you are an experienced athlete or a beginner - you can use the exercises for the trainer to grow your muscles. As a beginner, we recommend that you read the instruction manual with the exercises carefully before using the trainer for the first time.

The number of bands used determines the weight:
1 band = equivalent weight 20.5kg

1. attach the desired number of bands to one side of the Booty Trainer.

2. position yourself in the Booty Trainer sitting on the floor.

3. pass the bands over your lap and attach the bands to the opposite anchor point.
